Languedoc : LGI fait l'objet d'un OBO/MBO accompagné par Initiative & Finance

L'exportateur de vins des régions du Languedoc et de la Gascogne accueille Initiative & Finance à son capital en vue de faciliter la sortie opérationnelle à moyen terme de son dirigeant fondateur au profit du management.

LGI, l'exportateur de vins des régions du Languedoc et de la Gascogne depuis 1999, prépare sa transmission en douceur. A 56 ans, son dirigeant fondateur Alain Grignon (photo), qui détenait une part significative du capital, sort partiellement lors d'un OBO/MBOdont le montant est tenu confidentiel.

Etats-Unis : Ron Rubin, propriétaire de The Republic of Tea, rachète River Road Winery (Sonoma)

Ron Rubin, owner of Novato-based The Republic of Tea, has added ultrapremium wine to his premium beverage holdings with the acquisition of River Road Vineyards & Winerynear the west Sonoma County community of Forestville.

Through Rubin Vineyards LLC, Mr. Rubin, 62, acquired the winery and 12 acres of vines from the Mills family on Tuesday for an undisclosed amount. The winery produced 41,000 cases last year and slightly more this year. As part of the deal, the winery’s six employees will remain on board, including winemaker Joe Freeman.

La Sommeliere Internationale (CA 2010 : 24M€), société de conception et distribution de caves à vin et matériel frigorifique gérée par Detza Conseil, vient de reprendre Climadiff (CA 2010 : 15M€), spécialisé en armoires à vin et électroménager.

Etats-Unis : le groupe Racke (Allemagne) revend Donum Estate (Carneros) à des investisseurs danois regroupés dans Winside Inc.

Racke, the German wine and spirits group, announced today that it has sold The Donum Estate, the highly-acclaimed Pinot Noir producer in California’s Carneros appellation, to Winside, Inc., a partnership of Danish investors, for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes a 147-acre Sonoma Carneros property with 45 acres of vineyards and several buildings, the Donum and Stemmler brands, and inventories.

Bordeaux : Ilkham Ragimov rachète Clos Dady (Sauternes) et Château les Remparts (Graves)

Le mois dernier, M. Ragimov, homme d'affaires russe a racheté à la famille Gachet les châteaux CLOS DADY (6 hectares de vignes AOC Sauternes) et LES  REMPARTS (3 hectares Graves). La transaction s'élève à 1,5 M€.

Bordeaux : Château Lezongars et Château Grand Branet rachetés par des investisseurs chinois

More Bordeaux chateaux have been snapped up by Chinese purchasers in the last few weeks – all within a few miles of each other, in one of the most picturesque parts of the region. The two chateaux – Lezongars and Grand Branet – are in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, making AOC Bordeaux and AOC Cotes de Bordeaux wine.

La famille Gancia, acteur important dans la production de vins mousseux en Italie, aurait vendu l’entreprise familiale à l’oligarque russe Roustam Tariko pour un montant de 150 millions d’euros.
